Returned goods:
-If any product you purchased on the gagget website is found to be damaged within 7 days from the date of receipt/collection, please contact the customer service within 7 days and provide the relevant document number for replacement.
-Please make sure that the product and its packaging are complete. (Only one time, no refund service).
-Once it is checked that the purchased goods meet the conditions for return and exchange, a special person will contact you to arrange the relevant return and exchange procedures, and you can arrange for the relevant return and exchange by third-party logistics.
-All electronic products/electrical products purchased from our company can be exchanged within 7 days due to non-man-made damage or quality problems. If the products need maintenance or repair after 7 days, please contact the product agent directly.
-Some products come with original factory maintenance, please keep the product packaging and maintenance certificate/electronic receipt for annual maintenance and repair. Customers who fail to produce the warranty certificate/electronic receipt are forgiven for the agent’s failure to provide the warranty.
